At NeuroRead, we sell digital ebooks and downloadable educational materials related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • As all our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly, making cancellation technically unfeasible.

Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds for any ebooks or digital bundles once the download link is delivered.

  • Refunds will only be considered under special circumstances, such as:

    • Duplicate payment

    • Payment made but download link not delivered (after confirmation)

    • Technical error caused by us during delivery

Valid Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Email us at neuroread.org@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for refund.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on case review.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect choice of ebook or package

  • Compatibility issues (ebooks are in standard PDF format)

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for one ebook with another. However, if you believe a file is corrupted or incomplete, we will verify and resend a working version.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
